The IAP2 Way in Challenging Contexts course is a prerequisite course for all other training in IAP2’s new Global Learning Pathway of courses. It sets out the underpinning models and frameworks of meaningful and effective community engagement practice.
We will explore what public engagement is (and isn’t), who to involve, guiding principles and foundations of good practice and ethical leadership. Participants will consider these concepts and models in challenging contexts and situations, and gain skills and knowledge to apply to their work. This course is suitable for practitioners who already have some experience in public engagement work and are ready to lead this work with others.
The live webinar dates are:
March 29 and 30
Each live session will be 4 hours long from 12-4pm eastern time.
