Working With Conflict & High Emotion

IAP2’s Working With Conflict & High Emotion focuses on de-escalating and shifting conflict and high emotion to constructive participation, where forward momentum and resolution is possible. This is a Level 3 advanced course for practitioners with lots of experience who are leading the practice. The IAP2 Way in Challenging Contexts course is a prerequisite course for all other training in IAP2’s new Global Learning Pathway of courses. This is a level 2 course for practitioners leading and managing projects and people. Registration is open for August 12-13, 2024.
